    simplynutricisingFortunately, the business suit in my apartment building has a secluded desk (with a  pretty view), but forced me to concentrate on my research! Many hours at this desk and nearby cafes! Fireworks at the Jersey Shore! IMG_2068IMG_2084IMG_2106My first experience eating homemade ceviche, which was made by from friend's brother and his friends! Ingredients: 1 lb of high quality yellowfin tuna, 2 avocados, 1 small red onion, 1/4 cup of lime juice, 1/2 cup of minced fresh cilantro, salt and pepper to taste. Directions: place all ingredients into a bowl and let mixture sit for 1-2 hours before serving! Serve ceviche with whole grain tortilla chips/crackers, red bell pepper slices, or whatever you want!IMG_2027Fishing in the Chesapeake Bay ...Panoramic view of our boat! Going to get our fish!Team Work! Someone catches the fish, someone scoops the fish in a net!  Wallah! Our Snapper! IMG_2127Our snapper being cleaned so I have dinner for the week! And I had snapper for Monday and Tuesday dinner! IMG_2359Wearing her Baby Benz like a champ! amused by the squooshy sand! She is eating like crazy now! I got to feed her squash and spinach, as she ate it all and almost ate the bowl too! :) She has no idea...so proud! My Saturday night treat was a Banana Whip! I have made banana fro yo for a while now and this is my first time seeing it at an ice cream shop! Clever! Pushing a frozen banana down a shoot! IMG_2354I got Banana Whip with a hard chocolate shell!
